Tonight, FOX kicks off its new crime drama with a devilish twist, Lucifer. Lucifer Morningstar (Tom Eliis, Rush, Merlin) is bored and tired of running things in Hell, so he decides to retire and live on Earth. He now resides in Los Angeles, where he owns an upscale nightclub called Lux. Lucifer has a unique effect on the people he meets – they suddenly want to tell him their deepest desires and darkest secrets.

A murder outside of the nightclub causes Lucifer to cross paths with Detective Chloe Decker (Lauren German, Chicago Fire). Chloe recently separated from her ex, Dan (Kevin Alejandro, The Returned), and seems to be the only person impervious to Lucifer’s charms. Lucifer is intrigued by this and decides to use his talents to help her solve cases…
