Tonight the first season of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow comes to a close. Last week Rip, Martin Stein and Ray Palmer were locked up in the prison at the Vanishing Point. Just as the Time Masters were about to have Chronos execute them, Leonard Snart and Sara Lance showed up to save the day. And it turned out that Mick had been able to resist his re-programming. The group then set out to destroy the source of the Time Masters’ time manipulation abilities, the Oculus. When they arrived at the wellspring, they found it well-guarded. And ultimately Snart volunteered to sacrifice himself in order destroy the Oculus. This left Savage without the power of the Time Masters to manipulate time for him, and so it seemed like it was just a matter of time (so-to-speak) until he would no longer be in power. However, Savage revealed that he had his own time machine and that didn’t need the Time Masters anyway…
