Acorn TV Launches on Xfinity TV

The largest North American subscription video on demand service specializing in British and international television makes its set-top box debut


Silver Spring, MD; April 9, 2018Acorn TV, the largest subscription video on demand (SVOD) service specializing in British and international television, is now available on Xfinity On Demand to Xfinity TV customers nationwide. The launch of the SVOD service marks the first time Acorn TV, owned by RLJ Entertainment (NASDAQ: RLJE), is available on an MVPD set-top box. Acorn TV is accessible in the home on Xfinity on Demand and on the go via the Xfinity Stream App and portal. Xfinity TV customers with an X1 Voice Remote can say “Acorn TV” to begin watching today or use their remote to navigate to the service within the Xfinity on Demand menu. Xfinity TV customers can add Acorn TV to their service for $4.99 per month.
